i use the bert is cheating on ernie exploit..only had clock prob once..just left it endlessly rebooting and it fixed itself

Well the other fonts all do not fix the clock. They simply allow you
(after lots of reboots) to boot into linux/evox/dashboard. There you
can fix your clock (well evox/msdash do it automaticly).

But if you have only the fonts in place and other things are broken
(like your evox installation) then these are the only fonts that can
correct the clock for you. And these fonts are also more stable:
reset loops are less likey with those 2 replacement fonts.

And the site is not dead it is simply endlessly slow...

You tested these fonts? Do they fix the clock problem?

Ohh yes I forgot to mention that I am running these fonts
on a brand new 1.3 box. I even disconnected the power overnight
and it booted in both cases (with and without dead clock) straight
forward. (not a single additional reset for me)

Do not use bert is cheating on ernie fonts with this bios loader, it will reset your Xbox everytime you eject the dvd-drive. Use the reloaded fonts instead, and you can eject the dvd without the Xbox reseting.

so bert and ernie reloaded ONLY workes fine with phoenix bio loader? (just to be sure... )

and whats about starting msdash.xbe (the unmodified one) from evox? (linking it in evox as an application and copie the original xbe and fonts in a folder of your own choice)

is this possible?

I don´t know if it´s the only one that works well with the bios loader, i´m just telling you all that i´ve just tried both reloaded and BICOE fonts, and BICOE fonts does´nt work very well with this bios loader.

they work fine for me except the eject reset, but i dont mind that much about that

As for starting xboxdash, you have to rename the fonts to Xbox.xft and Xbox Book.xft

THen you have to hex edit the file, and change all instances of X.T.F to X.F.T

Then rename it to "newdash.xbe" and link evox to it!

Well, I have Complete_Signed_Phoenix_Bios_Loader.rar and inside it has a default.xbe,

Do I have to rename it to anything or leave it as is and reboot the XBOX?
