Title: Bert And Ernie Boots 3 Times

So now I have a box with no mod chip in it, a 120g HDD (unlocked) and all the bert and ernie files set up on it. I am getting the wonderful 3 boot with the 'xbox needs service' screen on the third. I never see an animation at all or anything. Bummer huh.

So to test out what is going on I took everything out and returned the box back to stock. No go. I get the three boot again but this time no video, no sound no nothing! But the box is back to stock. What do I do now? Please any help would be great.

Sorry this is so long.... I get carried away in the descriptions.

No I didnt do anything to the original HDD. I was thinking that it must be some problem with the TSOP? Ya think?

It acts like a Matrix misalligned pogo pin situation but there is no mod chip at all. Know what I mean?
