he was doing the get MS dash to load from EVOX

but he renamed the REAL ms dash file too....so now his xbox don't boot...

it will boot real games, but not even the dash..

how can he fix this??

but he can't...he rebooted his xbox now it says "your xbox needs service"

he can't FTP..would an EVOX boot disc load up?

can you run the game save from memory card though??  because if its already on his xbox hd, he would have to delete it and then reup the file again right?

you just plug the drive into the pc...run the HDD driver tool..

and then rename xboxdash.xbe.safe (which is where he screwed up) to xboxdash.xbe and then shut the pc down and put the hd back in the xbox??  would everything be fine then?

if he has the RUN LINUX save on his Xbox HD...

can he just load Mech Assault up and pick it from campaign again and it will boot into evo x??

for some reason I was under the impression that you have to erase the mech assault save each time you use it


IF anyone knows anything about using the same save over and over please let me know..thanks

ok..will tell him to give that a shot..

I was just under the impression that the save file could only be used once..then needed to be deleted and reupped to the xbox HD again from memory card..
