Title: Bert And Ernie? Evo X? Linux?

Someone said that bert and ernie reloaded and bert is cheating on ernie is linux? i read some stuff and it said its evo x. If it is  free evo x, and on bert is cheating on ernie, there is a file called snuffleupagus.xtf what is that and on this tutorial http://forums.xbox-s...ST&f=45&t=73720 it says nothing about installing the file so if someone can tell me if the file is needed? If it is needed i want to know where to put that file..?
