Are you autoloading a dash? Evox or whatever? I have read that if you autoload a dash it doesn't get a chance to load all the plugins and causes this.

I haven't tried it so don't know for sure.

Yes, after testing, I autoload a dash BUT I changed that in the ini and it still flashes red.
