ive also looked around a whole lot and cant answer this question
ive got a matrix, but want to take it out and use the font exploit
can anyone help?

Whatever you do don't touch the xboxdash.xbe file.. you'll need it in top pristine condition.. all you have to do is ftp the font files as well as the default.xbe .. then take out your modchip.. and you're done

Next time this thing desides to pop out, I'm going to go with the Xploit.

Solder wires onto the pogo pins, then solder the wires to the corresponding points on teh board. There you go fixed everything.

the expolite is ok but the only one that doesent have the time error doesent use the dvd rom drive right (bug) but other then that its pretty flawless.

I have a matrix, and I wanted to use this exploit too so that i could take out my matrix, due to its alignment problem
took me a while, but i figured it out,
with the matrix in, FTP to your box and make the C drive back to its original condition, xboxdash and everything.
then follow the directions for the exploit as if youve already done the 007 hack to get in, cause we already have ftp access

yup, this exploit is the sh--. i believe that pretty soon it is going to be as matured as all our chips out there. just hope that some one could tell me how to add a new hd without the use of a mod chip.
