ok guys here is ur problem.  each xbox hard drive has a UNIQUE password sent to it upon boot up so u cant swap hard drives between xboxes.

i am not sure on the procedure to do it when u have a single modded xbox and unmodded one, but i am pretty sure it has been posted elsewhere so just run a search on the forum for it.

if u need to use the xlinux way which is really easy check out my tutorial here:

just letting u guys know, and the xlinux iso isnt hard to get working

and if u just get the iso off of xbins then that one works perfectly, it worked great for me
