does it contain the clock problem that the bert and ernie files contain..where the clock resets and just keep looping the xbox on and off??
has anyone unplugged the an xbox for an extended period of time that has the complex loader?

but is that a clock problem like in the case with the Bert is Cheating on Ernie PHOENIX release where the internal clock causes the xbox to reboot itself through an endless loop?

Yes, but the loop is not endless. It will end eventually, and there's several
threads with people verifying that the "endless looping" does end (and
it eventually boots)
