You never said anything about having Live Blocker enabled or not.
I was trying to help you, guess you are so well educated you don't need it.
And yes, as far as i know you are the only one getting banned from XBOX live, cause it works just fine here and i don't see anyone else complaining about it.
So, comprehension, you know it's what fortune 500 owners are saying that kids aren't getting out of public education these days. I have to say I agree.
Jerk
Also, to play live you must use Original Games, no backups.
Also, was this a brand new systme or purchased used???
And how could it happen twice? once your banned you need new eeprom, no ways back!
I beleive user error, but not enough details provided.
Ok, it happened twice, and now technically three times, because yes I already know about the EEPROM. I woke up this morning to yet another ban. I have an X-Chip, and I've had it for the last 2 months, and I've never had this problem. I only play on Xbox Live with original games. I was playing on Live all last night with original games.
This all started about a week ago, my Xbox started getting itself banned from Live. Change EEPROM, wake up the next day to a ban. It doesn't matter if I touch the Xbox or not. Either the chip is defective or something, because I shouldn't be banned.
If you waking up to a BAN, are you leaving games running overnight?
Whats your setup ( BIOS, install method, harddrive, dashboard )
haha yeah Cravavr3 I guess that would have been a good place to start so here is my setup:
Maxtor 120 GB HD
X-Chip EvoX 1.2 BIOS
Avalaunch Dashboard (most recent)
1.1 Xbox
manicbomber,
You should read this post form knodi on the XBox Online Gaming forum:

His experience is very similar to yours. Maybe you should contact him and trade note.
1. You got banned on the 16th
He got banned on the 17th
2. Both of you run Avalaunch
3. Both of you got banned multiple times even though you both took proper precautions while using xblive.
A question about evox, Are you pointing to dashboard or using default?
Aare you running stealth installation of evox?
I am not running a stealth install of Avalaunch, because I don't know how to change the location in the 1.2 bios, or any other bios, from C:avalaunch.xbe to F:avalaunch.xbe.
Is your harddrive locked?
And for the record, I'd LOVE to see X-Chip 1.3 support stealth installs. That may very well be the problem here.
Aphex my friend uses a 120 Seagate and he has the exact same setup except for that and he did not get banned. I don't think it has anything to do with the stealth install. Either the EEPROM that was sold to me was resold and banned, the Maxtor HDD (which is the same as what the other guy who is on the board is using) causes some sort of problem that only god knows what, or some X-Chips go defective and forget to shut off.

manicbomber: Very simepl way to tell if xchip off upon boot if using Evox 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2. If you see purple sheild top left means active.
The xbox ban is been reported by more Avalaunch users, just wondering what version of dash you all have installed, as its becoming more common. Also, do you have original M$ dash on xbox as well??? if not possible why getting banned.
I am using the latest version of Avalaunch, which is .49.1 if I'm not mistaken and my msdash is original, as in I have not modified it and it has only been updated by Xbox Live.
I syour xbox live version 2.0??? I beleive you need latest and greatest to connect
Read front page news from last week, xbox live is banned modified xbox's, and they have been probing harddrives for months. Possibility since alot of people getting banned now, is there are looking at invalid harddrive sizes and banning on that aspect. Just a theory but they have probed out harddrive detetcing prior to xbox live 2 fixes.
