i don't think so. and even if they do that, we always have hd hot-swap.

I highly doubt the recall of any games, especially the likes of the online hit, Mechassault. In all reality there are numerous other games that are on the market that potentially carry the exploit as well. I can't see M$ diminishing from the already weak lineup of games it has to offer.
