yes until M$ responds by doing something like updating the dash when you enter live or when you pop in a new game release, or detecting the different font files and then banning you...

I think from a legal point of view it would be very dodgy for MS to 'destroy' someone's Xbox in that manner, whereas banning someone from Live is more acceptable, legally.

I think MS should fight this in any way they like.
I love development and the apps for the box but I hate software pirates.
They make my games cost more.
This could actully work in MS favour you know.
Heaps of people will buy the xbox thinking free games.
find out it's to hard or ms will h4x0r their box if they do it,
end up being suckered in to buying xbox with some games.

Its not possible yet, but it will most likely be possible very soon.
