Title: Install Linux And Emergency Linux Freezes Xbox.

I am using the install linux and emergency linux gamesaves for mechassault. However, whenever I select either one of them, the xbox just freezes. anyone know what to do?

usb. however I realized my dashboard needs to be downgraded. I've been trying to get the eeprom and the old dashboard files off of the hdd with no luck at all using the hotswap method. the computer recognizes the drive but I can't get it to open up in any program (like xplorer360). would you know what program I can use to get the eeprom and old dash files off of the hdd. DOS or windows programs are fine.

Have you copied the gamesaves to your harddisk before you use them?

All current softmods I am aware about expect the 5960 dash which was the latest M$ brought out for the xbox1. Most recent games update to that dash if you select their live options, even without accessing live.

So, I just don't get your downgrading point.
