Put the Splinter Cell game back in and see if you can get the softmod reloaded or at least FTP access. When you get it running, get CASH Ver 1.1 and upgrade your softmod to Krazie's Ndure. It prevents your C drive from getting overwritten.

yep....found out after much googling  that ndure works ... my prob was SID was failing.  all is well now
