Can you boot the game you used?

Actually, correct that, I CAN boot in to Splinter Cell (the game I used to exploit). Where do I go from here? I don't really want to go further without advice as Xboxs seem rather easy to turn in to bricks :S, do I reinstall the exploit?

Where do you get/download those games with exploited save games?

Because I fucked my xboxdash.xbe file up and now I get the error 13 too.
