Read up on Xboxhdm and Krazie's Ndure 1.1.1. Those are the two pieces you need to do the softmod. You have everything else.

The platinum hits may or may not work. Get Krazie's for both and one should work.

Erase all Splinter Cell saves except for the exploited one. there should be no other game saves or downloaded content.

Sometimes it is easier to use PBL to get FTP access and then FTP Krazie's over. Krazie's is a larger package that can get corrupted with some mem cards.

You may have to copy the gamesave to the hdd and run it. I couldn't get it to work from memory card.
