Title: Action Replay Problem

whenever I try to install action replay this message comes up "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications." Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?
