Title: Is Xbins Down?

I've been checking xbins about once every day or so for the past week using mirc, and it's down every time.  There's no xbins bot, no anybody in the xbins room, so I can't access the files.

Is this a problem with mirc, xbins, or my computer?

works fine for me.

Have you connected before? etc.

Are you on EFNet and not some other irc server?

 i know it does not work

You are mistaken.

Channel is open and full, and everything is running as usual.

If you're in an empty channel called #xbins, you're on the wrong network.  Get on efnet.
