Any way to  do the game save exploit without a already modded xbox?

No im going o buy one as long as i know i can do the mod. Im guessing your talking action replay.

You can do it with virtually any USB storage device...all you need to do is make an adaptor (USB to Xbox) and the gamesave...and some time.

Yes of course you can do it with an unmodded xbox....that's the whole point of the softmod from what I understand.
