Title: Msdash Brings Up Error 21, Unleashx Dash Is Fine

so when i open my disc tray to boot to msdash i get error 21, but i do not use xboxlive so i wanted to disable the dualboot option. when i do this in waffletools i get an error ( thats all it says ERROR), no number, then something about saved sucessfully. so i turn off the xbox and then open the tray and then i tries to boot msdash again. everything apart from this works fine and unleashx is an amazing bit of software, appreciate all the hard work.

well i have read up on error 21, but i do not see anything specificaly about this dualboot error. i am not concerned about restoring msdash as i will never use it but the dualboot option will just not disable. i am sorry for being a noob but i would rather be safe than sorry and this seems to be the place to go for xbox info.
would the msdash patch fix my prob? would appreciate if one of u xbox gurus would point me in the right direction. thanks  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Well, first of all, what softmod did you use to mod your xbox? If you used NDURE, you can install the Extras App and manage dual boots from there. If you used something else I don't really know. Maybe theres something missing on your C: drive or something.

thanks for the reply mate, i used WaffleTools_MA_1224 which is the unleashx mech assult softmod. i have a version 1.1 xbox with the 5960 mdash that i updated through xbox live. appreciate your input
