you could hotswap and rename the files manually...

well it's hard to say since you give very little information on how the softmod is turned off and what you used to install. I have a feeling you used one of my installers. If you did you might wanna tell me which version so I can look at what files to rename.

well since you don't know what exact installer you used it might be better if you just post the names of the C files. The fonts folder names and the xboxdash names in particular.

I used the xboxhdm util to create my xbox,  and choose evox , it has the latest version on it, i updated it thru the web after i installed it.

ok so the UXE installer it is

rename:
- xboxdash.xbe to xboxdash.xberetail
- fonts to fontsretail
- xboxdash.xbeuxe to xboxdash.xbe
- fontsuxe to fonts
