Wondering if this is possible. I modded my friend's xbox (true) using the 007 hack, I flashed the TSOP on the box. He claims that he was playing a backup, and accidentally hit the eject button on the xbox during game play. The DVD ejected but the game kept going (as it should).
He claims that after that, his XBOX won't read backups any more. ... just gets the MS Dash's "could not recognize disc" message.
Is this possible?

If the TSOP's flashed why are you still using the MS dash anyhow?
Either way its just a weird error. The DVD drive would be fucked up now if anything, but ejecting the disk like that wouldn't cause it.
Also, this is more or less a subject for the TSOP flash forum, since your no longer running the 007 hack.
