and can i have more than two? i wanna put them in my apps folder i currently have unleashX

just put it into your apps folder. You can then launch XBMC by selecting "xbox media center" in your applications menu. And yes, you can have more than two. Note tho, that a few dashboards come with "weird" xbe names (e.g. evosdash.xbe). rename them to default.xbe to show up in the applications menu

i read that you cant just throw xbmc in there and i cant find a .xbe file in there anyway and umm the official xbmc site gave me a source code they didnt have anything else is there anywhere i can find an installer or something of the sort?

If you already have XBMC installed in your Apps folder, go to the main XBMC directory.  You'll find a file named default.xbe.  Based on your chip's configuration, you can rename the default.xbe to the secondary dash that the bios looks for (avadash.xbe, evodash.xbe, etc.)  Place the file in the C:\ directory and you should be good to go.
