Title: Mechassult And Splinter Cell

I Bought mechassult for the xbox, it says live on it, it is not the  platinum hits version though. Does this version work?

Because i saw some threads saying does the live version work? i thought that there is 3 versions of it, normal, live, and platinum. And because it isnt platinum and it says game of the year, it can't be the first version right?

So i went out and bought Splinter Cell. It is not the platinum version and doesnt say game of the year or anything. But it DOES say live. Does this version work?

Any help much appreciated!

I have a similar version of Splinter Cell and it worked for me..  The CD says 510130-DISC on it..  I have only tested it on a box with a 4981 tsop flash.. I hope this doesn't make a difference..

My Splinter Cell is Not a Platinum Hits, but it says "Highest score 9.6" on it pertaining to some game rating so its obviously not an original version.  I loaded mxm through it on an xbox running a 4981 bios off the tsop.  I haven't gotten a chance to test it any other way.  Think the hacked bios would allow a bunk game version to load a gamesave?

The rating places get games before they are released, my sc says it too, so it should be original shouldn't it?

I saw a picture of the original SC box in a gamesave hack info pdf that looked identical to my box except it didn't say anything about a high score.  I'm still thinking mine will work since I doubt my bios would let the game run anything it normally wouldn't..
