Title: Memory Screen Flashes

After connecting my usb-stick with the xbox i go to the memory-screen.
Then the screen flashes and the LED from the usb-stick also.

I have waited 2 minutes after connecting the stick to go to the memory menu.

I have also tryed an other usb-stick but the screen flashes too.
What do I wrong?
