You don't downgrade your kernel--you downgrade the dashboard. Not all exploits need you to downgrade. Figure out your kernel/dashboard version first and then look at the range of exploits.

well, my kernel is 4034, and my dash is 5960. I guess i need to downgrade my dash, so can anybody help me with that?

You don't NEED to downgrade your dash for EVERY exploit. Figure out what exploit you're going to use and go from that. If it needs to be downgraded, then you can.

Then you didn't look hard enough. Easter egg exploit uses the 5960 dash and the ude can be used on any dash

Look at the memcard UDE package in my sig.
Before doing this be sure you have kernel 5530 or below.

No it's not. Please read the first  post in the thread.
Linux is the engine underneath the installer, but no command typing is required. It all runs from a graphical (MXM) interface.
It installs UDE,PBL/nkpatcher, MXM or Evox and a patched copy of your MS Dash.

and i dont know where to get the ltools package. is it in the downloads at xbox-scene somewhere, because im having trouble finding it.
