are u using a S controller? the drivers for big controllers are at www.llamma.com also u need Action replay program from www.codejunkies.com at the bottem of the page <downloads> Edit: ur suppose to also have the silver mesh stuff touching the extra wire in the USB cord to make a proper connection.

i am having the same problem and i have tried to fix it many times by using a different usb cable AND re soldering and i a getting very annoyed because my mod chip won't work so i am going to have to soft mod and i need to use my X-Box memory thingy please help us!!!!
