So you are saying that you don't run Phoenix Bios Loader now but just sign evox and XboyadvanceX with the proper key? In that case yes, when you do your IGR the bios will load its dash, and since you are running the retail bios that will be C:/xboxdash.xbe. You have modified your bios to use a public key so booting xboxdash.xbe will fail on the signature check.

Running PBL first instead of Evox and then letting the hacked bios load evox will do the trick.
