Title: Audio Exploit And Xbox Live

Can you have the audio exploit INSTALLED and not used (have moderns installed currently) and play on xbox live. As long as you boot up normally and dont load the hack i dont see why it would matter. But i dont know if live searches for the hack or not. Anyway wanted to make sure before i tried.
