How do you get the hacked save onto the AR card in the first place?

I have a brand new AR Card & Xbox....just bought the AR card today to try the no chip hack.

the next trick is to put a bigger hard drive in without a modchip!

(hint: u need to use a modded xbox to change the eeprom)
