download the 1MB x2 4977 BFM (not 4978, this is still kinda buggy w/ the exploits) and just rename it to xboxrom.bin, put in an RC4 key in the boot.cfg file, and you're ready to go

first of all make sure your 4977 bios that u got from xbins is Boot From Media (BFM).

whatever hack you are using (doesn't really matter) go to where the phoenix bios loader is located on the xbox, and you will see files called xboxrom.bin and boot.cfg.  xboxrom.bin is the BFM bios that phoenix tells to load, so if you want a new bios, just replace the one that is in there.  replace the existing xboxrom.bin with the new x2 4977 BFM.  next, make sure you have the RC4 key in your boot.cfg file.  i cannot help you with the RC4, it's illegal.

what is a rc4 key and how do i find one

If my cfg file already has the rc4 KEY I should be okay then with just changing the Bios...  I assume?
