do what you did with bert and ernie, but dont replace xboxdash.xbe AT ALL.  you need this file like jefe1 said.  just rename evox to default.xbe and put it in your C:\ root.  everything should work fine.

If you put in the 007 game, will the game boot?

If so, you should be able to load the save game (evox installer) and repair your damage by uploading the xboxdash.xbe again. (assuming you backed up your xbox hard drive, like every tutorial I've seen says to do)

If the 007 game doesn't boot (which I don't think it will) you're pretty much screwed, and you learnd the hard way, never, ever, delete/rename your xboxdash.xbe file.  Doing so is a "bad thing"™

He said the game wont boot.  You need to figure out xlinux bro, you can get into your HD that way with a hot swap...it takes awhile but it's worth gleaning the knowledge, believe me.  No longer am I reliant on my buddy to fix my shit when I hose it lol.
