Title: Is A No-eject Fix Possible

Just want to know if it is possible. I don't really like it to fill up my E drive with all kinds of emulators and roms. I prefer to burn them to a cd-rw and then run them. But the complex loader resets when I press eject...

No, this is not possible when direct booting.  A BIOS modification is required to enable EF on games run from disc.  The MS BIOS does not support this, and the software on the HDD does not come into play early enough to intervene as with the exploits.

If you were to load the game after the boot...well, that's a separate issue.  This may be possible.
