I've been looking for compatible USB thumb drives around my town for months now and I can't find any!
So what I'm wondering is, if I hook my memory card up to my computer and run a patched Linux kernel, can I write to the chip to avoid needing a USB thumb drive?
So far all I have is a floppy-based Linux distribution called MuLinux. I have no friggin' idea where I can locate the FATX patches, can't find a straight answer about 'em, and haven't been able to test it.
Any help appreciated. If this does work I'll make a copy of the floppy so anyone can do it.

Thanks for replying!
Yeah I'll search Xbox Hacker, I just read Xbox-Linux'es thing about how to do these hacks, and they said using an original memorycard doesn't work. Heh, my ass. The Xbox wouldn't accept it if it wasn't almost exactly the same thing.
