Yes you can copy it from his xbox to your memcard. Put the 007 gamsave in the right folder, then reboot and go into the MS dashboard. Plug in the memcard and choose memory, then the xbox. Go to the 007 gamesave and click A, there should be an option that says "copy". Choose that then choose your memory card. If all works well the save should be on the memcard. I have not tried it so I have no idea if it will work for sure, but if it was possible, that'll be the way.
