Title: Is This Normal?

I have a v1.1 xbox which i made into a slimbox without the dvd rom of course and i used
x2 5035 bios resized to 1mb to flash the tsop. I was wondering is it normal when you boot it up
it sort of takes a few seconds to respond once the dash has loaded and also when you turn it off it takes a 3-4 seconds to shutdown, Other than that everything else seems fine. I was wondering maybe if it's got something to do with the no dvd drive check, has anyone else with a slim noticed this?
I've owned a few modded xbox's and none of them have done this before, this is my first tsop flash though

I have noticed the same with my 1.1 as well, although it has a DuoX2 and using 4981. When I myself do not have a dvd connected it takes an extra 2 seconds for boot time, shutdown is the same.

Take my personal experience and this statement as my .02 cents. So, IMO, it does sound right.
