The BIOS does nothing to the EEPROM....that would be something you fucked up yourself.

He is right though, I have flashed both new X2 bios's (the beta and gold) and have had no problems what so ever, you cant blame the bios for an eeprom problem.
anyways, as said before "If it aint broke...."
I only flashed mine because I have a 1.6 and wanted to ditch M8

This is TSOP flashing room ... but I appreaciate you sharing the benifits of the New bios on your 1.6 xbox useing a MOD-chip.

Thats what I get from just looking at "View new posts"
Even so it wont effect the eeprom.
The reason it access the hard disk earlier than the previous X2 bios is because of the "loading config live" it has to open the hard disk to load the x2config.ini from the E: before starting the flubber etc....

My statment is that your an idiot, plain and simple this bios is no more likely to destroy your eprom than x2 4983 is. And as for what you imagine me as, your wrong just like on everything else.
