something easily as flashing a bios on the modchip,without need to to all that things that u have to do in a unmodded box

Simple answer, no.

You will ALWAYS have to solder the write enable points to flash the TSOP, regardless of what method you use to flash it.

After you solder the two points, it is simple to flash the TSOP using any of the standard methods.
