Title: Norton Ghost And Hard Drive Problem

Ok, I am trying to back up what is a dying maxtor fatx xbox drive. I am using ghost 2003, and I using the command ghost -ir to launch. However I am getting an error with bad sectors on the drive. I have used some solutions on the Symantic site (such as forcing the write) but I am still getting the same error. Is my drive doomed? Norton suggests scanning the drive, but that is obviously not possible. How can I get my data off my disc before the drive dies?
