no.the drive is locked to the other box and yours wouldn't boot up with it

no it is possible, thats what i did to my bros xbox.

what you need to do though, is start the unmodded xbox up, and let it sit at the dash, and wait some time (7-8 minutes is good) then take out the IDE cable, plug the IDE from the modded xbox's harddrive into the unmodded harddrive, and power on the modded xbox

obviously you will need evox on a disc to do this, but thats easy, just burn it and pop it into the dvd tray of the modded xbox.

Although this worked fine for me on 2 different harddrives, do it at your own risk, some people have reported hot swaping as fatal t othe harddrive (ive yet to see it though).... so make your best judgement

that way it would work but hot swapping is never a good idea.better get a usb stick and put the 007 save on it.
