It's 0.501, not 0.51.  I didn't think hex-hacking the executable warranted any more than a 0.001 increase in version number.

I e-mailed Andy Green (the original author of raincoat), and he seemed quite pleased that someone had taken the time to update his software.  Unfortunately he's not doing Xbox stuff any more, which is a shame.
