Title: Quick Solder Method And Chip Doesent Work?

I just installed a Xenium Ice via the Quick solder method and apperently its not working?

I get no Light on the chip nor on the front panal board and the switches on both the chip and the board are unresponsive

Could my chip be dead?

EDIT: i feel both the chips on the xenium getting warm. Just thought id throw that out.
