Title: 1.6 Rebuild, D0 Question

I'm installing a Xenium Ice on my friends xbox for him, its a 1.6 i just opened it like a hour ago found that tut to rebuild it, did then i get to the d0 point and i cant seem to get solder on that tiny hole so i tried putting some of my solderless d0 wire in there but i couldn't get it to go and lost it, and i cant find the alternate d0 wire on the back,

so basically what i need to know is aether how to solder in that tiny hole or where the alternate d0 is on the 1.6


p.s. its a 1.6 not 1.6b

OK down with that problem and up with another,

i got everything in there right i checked 5x (had to lift and repair a broken trace, lad2, i think i did a pretty good job, not like it gos anywhere)
i put the chip in and boots 2sec powers down 3x then frag and powers down and boots fine without the chip, so i'm not sure what i could have done wrong, well i think i'm doing something wrong it is 3 in the morning...lol, o well I'm off to bed hope you guys have some ideas for me when i wake up

thank you, I'm using This Guide, Ive tried just about everything, i did have it working for about 5sec i think my main problem is aether purple or d0, the best i have been able to get in the terms of lights is Red-Yellow Shuts down I'm assuming this means that I'm one away or that there isn't enough amperage, i have the d0 yellow and blue on top and the rest on the bottom, I'm still in the process of moving them all to the top since i have riped out the solder hole for purple on the bottom and completely messed up a trace (lifted and fixed thank god), i just cant get it out of my mind how much easyer installing the pinheader on my 1.0

If it's fragging 3 times, it sounds like the problem some others were having.  Try cleaning the Rivets really well.  Some people did that and it worked.  good luck

what, im doing the 1.6 rebuild i dont have the solderless

i had removed the opisit side pin, i got it working now
