Assuming this is a 1.6 do you get the all 5 LEDs on thadapter lit, then 2nd from the top goes out with the chip on? If it does have you checked the recovery switch on the chip and made sure it is covering the little black marker?

SOLVED---

Dont know if it was the switch or the lpc because i just moved the chip contacts around on the LPC and switch on the chip and it worked...thanx
