Title: Freak Ice Frag Issue With Os 2.30!

i narrowed this problem down to the hdd itself. the stock drive works but my 160gb drive won't stay locked. i'm just gonna order a new drive off of the compatibility list at

thats a good idea, I am fan of Western Digital myself. Just out of interest, what did the link I gave you (at the TeamXodus site) say about your harddrive model? did it say it was lockable?

it wasn't listed as a compatible model. I posted the info in the other forum topic i started. thanks for the help. i would prefer a western digital but i found a cheaper on from Maxtor. it was about $20 cheaper so i'm going with that.
