Ok well as far as installation of the actual SP ICE goes, a tutorial can be found at the link below (it'll say it's for installation on a v1.6 box but don't worry about that) , there's also a bunch of other helpful tutorials there.

And as to what to do downstream of a successful instal well the 'The Iceguide' is what you want to get a hold of for this one. Its a very comprehensive guide that takes you through the whole setup.   It too is available at the above link.
