Title: Xenium Usb Flash Question

I recently lost everything on my USB flash drive and I am about to re-format it. It was formatted in fat-16 but I want format it in fat-32 or NTFS. Will the xenium flash read the USB drive if its formatted in fat-32 or NTFS?
