). And put my box back together, powered on, no problems.
Great.
But once it says Welcome to Xenium OS V2.0! I get nothing from my controller. Can't nav menus or do anything.
Sooo....wtf?
Anyone else have this problem that could offer any insight?
This is a Xenium Ice on a 1.0 box btw. Chip led shows green, xbox led shows green.

Are you using a genuine M$ controller?
I've had that happen to me before with aftermarket controllers.

I've never bothered to figure out whether aftermarket controllers work with chips/BIOSes, etc.... so I can only go by my experience.
I had a Madcatz wireless controller & it didn't work when trying to flash a spiderchip I had.
I also had a Nyko Airflow wired controller and same thing happened.
When I stuck my old Duke (genuine m$ controller), everything worked fine.
