Title: Where Do I Plug The Chip In?

hello people. just started my first xenium install tonight. usng a xenium sp ice on a v1.0 xbox.  got the solderless adapter in place, and was ready to put the chip on when i noticed something.  chip has 12 slots on it for adapter pins, yet the adapter itself is a newer one than shown in the ice guide (and other guides) and has 15 pins. now which pins do i lay the chip on?  i just got the thing fitted and the trickky d0 in, so i dont want to have to play trial and error and move it. guides just show how to get the adapter in place and say "ok now put the chip on" but dont specify what pins, so any help is appreciated


also, what is the black switch on the chip?  i can only think to turn it off, but who would open the xbox to turn a chip off so that doesnt seem reasonable
