I dont think capacity is the word youre looking for. Once you've updated your OS to 2.3.0, you can then load a hacked or the retail bios to launch the xbox dash or an alternate dash. I've been using x2 4983.06 and it works great. You should probably hit the tutorial section (Located HERE) and look at the beginners guides. they'll explain everything you need to know.
