I just used this tutorial: http://www.xbox-modc...um/iceguide.pdf
to make an evox dashboard on my xbox and it didnt work. Im using the M8plus bios on my Spice chip. Can sum1 help me?

First, make sure the M8plus bios you are using is the one for your Xbox. Either 1.0-1.5 or the 1.6 version. Second, if you are going to make EvoX your dashboard, I highly suggest using Slayer's Autoinstaller or first-timers. You can find his website here. The ISO can be find at the usual place. However, it should not be having any problems if you did it right. Assuming you put all of the EvoX files in the C drive of the Xbox, it might be something in the .ini file that is wrong....

the bios is: m8plus_16_06_EF_noani_blue
I tryed to use the slayers autoinstaller 2.6 but i couldnt get it to come up on the screen and i tryed burning three times but the thing on the screen wont come up!

Have you added the M8plus bios to the Launch menu in the Xenium-OS?
-
yes, do u suggest readding it?
-
Maybe you should try just the plain, old M8plus_16 bios. I will send you a PM....
-
thanks,
I will check my pm's.

THIS IS SHALPKSIE!!! I put the burned cd in the xbox and chose add new launch item and I clicked on the D and nothing popped up! I made some extra space on DummyFileCreator and tryed again. I STILL didnt see anything in the D drive
-
I just tryed it and i clicked on the D drive and nothing was there. I added sum xtra space another time with Dummyfile creator and nothing still popped up in the drive
-
That might explain why Slayer's disk is not working....
What CD and software are you using when burning? You might want to just try to reflash the bios...
-
I used a used cd-rw its not old it just had my other bios on it. Im using Nero
-
So the Xenium OS is not showing either bios on your CD-RW? That might be because it has already been burned onto once. Some of the Xbox drives, such as the Thomson, are very picky with the brand of the CD and if it has been used before or not...
*EDIT*
If you have something such as a thump drive, I suggest trying to flash the bios using a thump drive and the USB adapter that came with your Xenium.

Just FTP the damn bios(s) and flash from the hdd.
Do the same with the dash. (I suggest using Avalaunch)
